    Ii would love your input - i am not a shoe gal nor am i a big spender on clothes BUT i LOVE the Prada shoes with the sculpted flower heel. should i splurge? do they have a life beyond this season? do you like them? any/all comments are welcome

    I had to delete your post only because the URL was so long and I’m unable to edit comments. I have to say that I like these shoes - not love - but like. It’s funny, I have a similar pair w/ a floral sculpted heel that I have never worn. Honestly? If you think you can’t live without them, do it. As far as trends go, I would say that no - there is no life for them beyond this season. (Until they come back around in God knows how many years.) Are they classic? No. BUT…if you love them and think you would wear them, then that’s what matters. Curious to know what you decide…

Not sure I will still find them in Toronto in an 8.5 so maybe my procrastination will decide for me. I am so loving your blog BTW. Your genuine “niceness” leaps off the page in every post.

    No one has knocked them off yet but I’ll keep you posted. I’d be afraid a knock-off would be super cheap looking…they’ll be on sale soon ; )

    P.S. Just found out you can also find them for 200 bucks less at Zappos! (Still…650…)

    The have the heel of number 1, the cut/style of number 2 but they are in gold leather with black trim like the last shoe. Thrilled to own them now to find somewhere to wear them….

    First of all - congrats! Wear them happily as I think they’re a great statement piece and super cool in a chic, gypsy way. Second of all as I’m sure you know, YB is hardly the gauge. Calf length skirts are very hot for fall (random) as are colored, opaque tights - the perfect venue for these if you ask me!
